LIGHT4ME 8DX2DU DMX SPLITTER is a professional 8-channel DMX signal splitter with the ability to split into two lines, useful in situations where there is a need to control a large number of stage devices by using the DMX protocol. The booster shortens line lengths by splitting and distributing the signal in different directions, while minimising the number of devices in a row. Each channel of the DMX booster has an independent driver and galvanic isolation, which prevents the occurrence of signal interference.
The splitter is equipped with two XLR-type 3-pin inputs and outputs, allowing the transmission of DMX information from the control console. Next to each of the eight output channels, there is a diode which indicates whether the signals are sent to the line. The unit also has terminators to prevent back signal formation.
Light4Me 8DX2DU is a universal splitter, which is ideal for larger stage installations. It perfectly amplifies the signal, eliminates the limitation of 32 devices in one row and the 150-metre-long DMX chain. In addition, it has a rack-mountable design so it can be safely transported and stored.
